Every day I'm thinking, 'I'm too tired and today is the day she's not going to get a walk...' Then my conscience stirs and I know I have to get the old clothes and the walking boots out. As I tie up the laces she appears from the other end of the house. Her feathery tail starts to wave from side to side and I think, 'Yes, I can do it. I can walk for an hour.' The other day I ran ten minutes to catch a train - I know I couldn't have done that before I started walking every day with my Penny.
